the rooms were clean and spacious, with a balcony that had amazing views of the surrounding nature. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of items to choose from. One added advantage was the location, which was in close proximity to the city center and a popular tourist attraction.
This meant that I had to rely on taxi services or the hotel's restaurant for meals, which could be a bit pricey.

Food was below average. Staff was not at all hospitable. They were just their for the money. Getting in customers and rushing them Out for the next. My checkout was at 12 pm. They called at 11.30 am and was telling me to get out at sharp 12. Like we did not know that. Rude!!

Great place for a weekend stay! The staff was friendly and attentive. We loved the breakfast buffet with a large variety of fresh fruits and Sri Lankan specialties. The pool area was clean and inviting, with comfortable sun loungers and pool towels available. The highlight of the hotel was the location, only a short tuk-tuk ride to the botanical gardens and the beautiful city center. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in our room, which allowed us to stay connected during our stay.
The air conditioning was quite noisy but manageable. The restaurant service was a bit slow at times.

Breakfast was great! Lots of choice and we were able to eat however much we wanted. Rooms were really clean and staff were very helpful!
Noisey at night. It is up a hill in kandy so it is away from most of the noise but you can still hear the temple singing and the trains

I liked the view and room size was good.
I booked this expecting to pay £26 however this didn't include taxes! So paid £38 bearing in mind this was room only

Nice pool, good staff, good location and good restaurant. The renovated rooms are very comfortable.
The older rooms with balconies overlooking the pool are in the best location but could do with a new look and privacy screens.

None, I simply cannot recommend it to friends. Very poor price/quality
Price/quality was really bad and personnel at the reception was an absolute shocker. The laud music of a party held in the hotel was annoying.
